opp-repl-sanitizer-tests

Run simulations built with AddressSanitizer / UBSan instrumentation to catch memory errors and undefined behavior. Uses the `sanitize` build mode. Load when hunting down flaky crashes, UAFs, leaks, or UB that normal release builds miss.
